FOUNDERS
Major Vishweswar Rao (Retd)
Ex-Indian Army officer with 20+ years of leadership in operations, supply chain, and strategy. Holds a double MBA, including the latest from the University of Washington, Seattle. Co-founder of Fit+Water and strategic partner at GSAC Pvt. Ltd., a leading distributor in Bangalore. Now part of the GoBolt Team in Houston, he blends military precision with business innovation to deliver excellence from manufacturing to last-mile logistics.
Suresh Paida
Enthusiastic and energitic senior level professional in Sales & Marketing with over 16 years of diversified experience. A Competent professional with the capability of managing high scale B2B and B2C business. merit of being associated with esteemed brands such as Convergence -Canada, Pearson -UK , Godrej, Konica Minolta, Panasonic & Brother MFP.

16 years vast experience in Sales and Marketing. Strong capability to master situation and directing turnaround situations. Independently interacted with senior Govt dignitaries in formulating/finalizing/implementing policy decisions. Chary is a seasoned and disciplined QC head for the Lab requirements with over 15 years of experience of Metrology, running small to large Laboratories across AP & Telangana, (acquired by water treatment plants). He is an expert in product development & managing frameworks and introducing and scaling new products to market as per the norms of Bureau of Indian Standards. He also assist industries for granting ISI licenses and perpetual licensing models.
